BJP Protests in Karnataka State
- On June 28, Karnataka is expected to witness a state wide protests in all the districts and taluk headquarters of BJP, with respect to the resignation of CM Siddaramaiah over the alleged Tribal Welfare Board scam.
- The protest has been announced by the Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP), and participation of BJP affiliated organizations like he BJP Scheduled Tribe (ST) Morcha is expected.
- BJP ST Morcha leader has threatened to continue the protest till the resignation of CM Siddaramaiah.
- The leader further said that the BJP would besiege all District Commissioner (DC) offices across the state.
- Traffic disruptions are likely near the DC offices.
