Inquest Advisories began in April 2018, when Capt. Praveen Dahiya left his job at Amazon to continue his quest of making the world a better safer place. After honorably serving with the Indian Army as an Artillery officer, he worked with some top global brands like Microsoft, MTS, Videocon, Indiabulls and Jindal Steel & Power. He was responsible for mitigating Fraud and Security Risk with all these companies and was well known in the industry for his numerous breakthrough investigations and security risk work in more than 20 countries.

Inquest Advisories in its 1st year of incorporation was duly recognized, acknowledged and widely covered in the “Luxury Edition of Business Today” for the most professional Executive protection services and Security Risk management services by the handpicked and the best of the Armed forces.

Keeping up with the last year's achievement, team Inquest was once again on the top of the chart. Capt. Praveen Dahiya was awarded the “Cyber Security” – Leadership Award by Gen VK Singh (Retd), Union Minister of State for Road Transport and Highways during CAPSI annual event. The award was given for Inquest's long list of Investigative and proactive work in the area of Cyber security for multiple entities.

We kept raising the bar of our quality and more accomplishments followed us in the same year. During an event of the Overseas Advisory Council; Inquest was felicitated by Dy. Ambassador of USA at the US Embassy for InQuest’s contributions.

Just when the world came into the grips of humanity's worst pandemic, COVID-19; Inquest's last 2 years of technology innovation paved the way for successful digital address verification. Inquest was one of the few with this highly useful tool and onboarded a number of clients to help them mitigate crime through trust and technology.

Inquest is proud of its philanthropic work during the pandemic by conducting Free of Cost Due Diligence / verification of the resource pool available on social media. We stand tall that we were able to save thousands of people from being duped with fake medicines or advance fee scam. Since then, Inquest team has been taking up random Pro Bono assignments and is determined to convert this into an organized practice soon.

We prioritised life over business in 2020 and did fairly good on the business front but to our pleasant surprise, Inquest Advisories was picked up and recognized as one of the best and fastest growing Risk Management companies of India, as per independent research data collated by Crunchbase and SEMRush for WELP Magazine. This was nature's way of telling us to stay true to ourselves and be ethical, no matter what. This strengthened our belief in Personal Ethics, Professional ethics and standard code of conduct at Inquest.

This year Inquest also became a member of NASSCOM and got ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certifications. We were already a permanent life member of BRICS CCI and a few other International organizations.

So far, 2022 was the best year for Inquest from performance, recognition, expansion and revenue standpoint. We went International and opened our first global office at Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE. In past 4 years, we executed some landmark Investigations, due diligences of famous personalities and entities, LEA verifications and risk audits of critical infrastructure in the remotest areas of J & K and northeast India. We now had the expertise to deliver positively in almost all pincodes of India and the Middle eastern region.

As a part of the Public Private Partnership with Police department, Inquest team trained over 500 Police personnel across 7 states in the areas of Fraud, IPR and Forensics. A number of other training programs on Ethics, Compliance and Company's Code of Conduct were successfully delivered for various organizations.
