Prism is a due diligence and intelligence platform. It builds a verified risk profile of a person or company before you invest, partner or hire. InQuest analysts review every finding and give you a clear risk rating and recommended next steps.
Each check looks at seven areas: identity and credentials, corporate and governance history, legal and litigation, regulatory and sanctions, financial indicators, reputation and media, and connected parties. The depth of check can be matched to the decision, from essential screening for hires to in-depth due diligence for investments and acquisitions.
Background verification confirms the facts a person or company gives you. Prism looks further, at what isn’t disclosed, such as litigation, related-party links or regulatory history. It puts each finding in context, so you get a risk assessment rather than a list of confirmed details.
They are not contacted unless you agree to it. Prism uses lawful sources only. Where the law requires consent or notice, for example in employment checks, we advise you on this before the check begins.
